Administration Assistant

Holy Family & Sinclair Primary School Office


Our busy school office is the hub of our school community.
Parents, visitors, staff and most importantly, children, get a feel of our school from the
second they enter.

You will be the first point of contact for our school and work alongside an experienced
team in an efficient, organised manner. You will be an integral part of the school in
ensuring our children get the very best.
In addition to being the first point of contact, our admin assistant will:


• Have great computer skills (MS Office) to produce letters and record finances
• Know about already, or be prepared to learn Tucasi (payment system)
• Know about or be prepared to learn SIMS data management system
• Support staff in organising off-site trips and events

We would prefer you to have some financial experience but all training will be provided
both in house and through appropriate courses.

This role requires an enhanced DBS.
