The Fiver Challenge Blog

On the day of the Fiver Challenge the children collected together what was, for some, weeks of preparation, and headed out into the sunshine of the playground to set up their stalls.

There was a mix of stalls selling eco-friendly produce, hand-crafted gifts and nik-naks, games and chances to win prizes.

The winning stall for fundraising was throwing a sponge at the teacher, which had consistently the largest queue of them all! Press-up challenge against Mr Samuels was also very popular!

Year six provided the change to win a certificate for ten-pin bowling. Year three had a guess the number of sweets in the jar competition (225 won by Ellen). Year five had a guess at the teddy bear's name competition (Stripes won by Hollie).

Everyone had a wonderful day and raised £354.32. Well done everyone!
