Year 2 blog:

Year 2 have had a fantastic start to the new year and have settled back into learning with lots of enthusiasm. 

In maths, they have been learning how to add money to make different amounts. Through practical activities and problem-solving tasks, the children have been using coins to explore different combinations and deepen their understanding of value. This hands-on approach has helped them to build confidence and develop important real-life skills.

It has been lovely to see the children so engaged and eager to challenge themselves. We are very proud of the effort Year 2 have shown already and are looking forward to the exciting learning ahead.
