Year 6 blog:

The children have been applying themselves by using their knowledge of square, cube and prime numbers to solve complex mathematical problems. They all explored the concepts as a group, working together to find and predict patterns, practicing their deeper thinking skills.

As well as their reasoning, this also allowed them to practise their mathematical explanations, as they relayed their theories and findings to the class.
