Sports Day:

Sports Day 2025 was held on Tuesday 20th May and we were lucky to enjoy glorious sunshine as we gathered on the school field. The day began with a series of sporting challenges where every child had the opportunity to shine. Working in their house teams, children took part in a variety of activities ranging from goal shooting to skipping, showing brilliant teamwork, encouragement and enthusiasm throughout. It was fantastic to see such strong sportsmanship, and every child contributed to their team’s score through skill, effort and participation.

In the second part of the day, we moved on to the much-anticipated track events. Sprints and relays gave children the chance to represent their houses in front of cheering spectators. The results were very close, but in third place was Beaulieu House with 384 points, followed by Hamble House in second with 409 points. Congratulations go to Itchen House, our overall winners this year, who finished with an incredible 421 points. Well done to everyone who took part – it was a wonderful day of sport, celebration and team spirit!
