Introducing Sinclair’s Reading Ambassadors

At Sinclair, we are passionate about developing a love of reading and creating a school where every child can discover the joy of books and stories. Our Reading Ambassadors play an important part in making this happen.

Our Reading Ambassadors are pupil leaders who help promote reading for pleasure across the school. They share book recommendations, support reading activities and events, encourage others to discover new authors and genres, and help make our library a welcoming and exciting place for everyone.

They also have an important role in sharing pupils’ ideas and opinions about reading. Through their leadership, they help us continue to develop our reading culture and ensure that children have a voice in how we celebrate and promote books.

This year is particularly exciting as we celebrate the National Year of Reading, giving our Reading Ambassadors even more opportunities to inspire others and share their love of reading.

Year 2 - Jacob and Alba

Year 6 - Maia , Lara, Lily, Andrea, Aquina, Liam
